Janitorial & Porter Services

The frequency and scope of our services is always tailored to your facility-specific needs and requirements. We are equipped to offer daily, weekly, and or monthly services. Services can be scheduled during or after normal business hours, in order to best accommodate your site, staff, and clients.

Facility types include healthcare, warehouses/industrial, medical office buildings, hospitality, mixed-use, multi-family, airports, education/institutional, and more!

JANITORIAL TECHNICIAN

While tasks are similar to a Day Porter, a Janitorial Technician focuses on deep-cleaning high traffic areas and various tasks that are better suited for completion outside business hours.
DAY PORTER

A Day Porter typically focuses on surface-level tasks that ensure smooth operations during business hours. Tasks may include upkeep of common areas, entryways, lobbies, restrooms and break rooms, trash removal and filling paper products, etc.

Our diverse staff is highly trained and equipped to service all facility types and we are trained to meet the requirements of various certifications including food-grade, Joint Commission, SDS Compliances, etc.

Construction Cleaning

From beginning to end, have peace of mind knowing we will be there throughout the entire project. We offer Day Laborers throughout all phases of your new-construction or remodeling process, and have skilled crews ready to tackle the detailed, final cleaning at project completion.

Our expertise encompasses a wide range of sectors including airports, medical facilities & offices, mixed-use buildings, restaurants, warehouses and various other facilities, always ensuring we meet the unique requirements of each project, no matter the size!

DAY LABORERS

Not ready for a full crew? We can provide single or multiple day laborers to help maintain construction clean-up during the early stages of your project.
FULL CREWS

Complete with on-site supervisors and experienced technicians, we have dedicated construction crews that know what it takes to meet the needs of any construction site.
ALL PHASES

From beginning to end, we will have crews scheduled and ready to meet all deadlines throughout the entirety of your project.
FINAL CLEAN

TCG 101:

Seasonal & Add-On Services

Even with daily or regularly scheduled cleaning services, ALL facilities have additional needs that fall outside the scope of a janitorial contract. Offered as seasonal or add-on services, we are equipped to be your one-stop-shop for all of your commercial cleaning needs. Scheduled seasonally or as-needed; deep cleans, carpet extraction, stripping & waxing hard floor surfaces, interior & exterior glass, and/or power washing will keep your facility shining inside and out!

POWER WASHING

With high-end, self contained equipment and knowledgeable staff, we are able to tackle any tough job or seasonal clean-up that requires the extra strength of power washing. (Sidewalks, patios, parking garages, building faces, etc.)
DEEP CLEANS

Periodic deep cleans may be necessary for your facility where we dedicate additional personnel, time, and resources to specific tasks. This may include elevated cleaning (ceiling fixtures), baseboards, walls, electrostatic disinfection, etc.
INTERIOR & EXTERIOR WINDOWS

We have highly-trained and dedicated staff to handle any interior or exterior glass surfaces/windows in high and low-rise buildings.
ALL-LEVEL FLOOR CARE

We cover all floor applications from carpet cleaning & extraction, VCT stripping & waxing, VCT burnishing, ceramic tile cleaning & sealing, and large-scale/warehouse flooring that requires ride-on equipment.
