Happy June! Summer is officially underway; longer days, brighter weather, and a fresh sense of excitement for the season ahead. June is always a great time to reflect on the progress we’ve made so far this year while looking forward to new opportunities, goals, and milestones still to come. We’re grateful for the continued support of our clients, staff, and community, and we’re excited to kick off another busy and rewarding summer together!

As we celebrate Father’s Day this month, we want to recognize and thank all of the fathers and father figures who make such a meaningful impact in our lives every day. From teaching us the value of hard work and perseverance to offering guidance, support, and encouragement, the lessons we learn from our dads often shape who we become both personally and professionally. We’d also like to give a special shoutout to our founder, Doug, whose leadership extends far beyond the workplace. Not only has he played an important role in the lives of his own family, but he also takes great pride in motivating our teams, encouraging growth, and inspiring all of us to be our best each day. Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible dads and father figures we celebrate this month! 💙🧢

With the arrival of summer comes so many moments we look forward to each year — summer break for the kids, family vacations, beach days, poolside afternoons, backyard barbecues, and time spent enjoying the sunshine with the people who matter most. As schedules slow down and the days grow a little longer, we encourage everyone to take advantage of the extra moments together and focus on creating new memories with family and friends. Whether it’s a big adventure or simply enjoying the little everyday moments, summer has a special way of bringing people closer. It’s time For a Mid-Year Check-In!

As we officially approach the halfway mark of 2026, now is the perfect time to pause, reflect, and check in with ourselves. At the start of every new year, many of us set goals and expectations — professionally, personally, within our businesses, our families, and our relationships. But as the pace of life picks up, it’s easy to get caught in the routine without taking the time to evaluate where we truly stand.

Midyear is an opportunity to reassess. Have we made the progress we hoped for? Are we where we expected to be by this point in the year? And just as importantly, are we still prioritizing the things that matter most? Reflection isn’t about perfection — it’s about awareness and growth.

If your answers aren’t exactly what you hoped for, let this serve as a reminder that there is still plenty of time left in 2026 to adjust, adapt, and create a renewed plan moving forward. Goals evolve, priorities shift, and sometimes success simply requires a new approach.
